Position Overview: As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from Autodesk solutions. Your role will involve building strong relationships, providing strategic guidance, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.



Key Responsibilities:


Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned Autodesk clients.

Understand clients’ business goals and help them leverage Autodesk products to achieve those objectives.

Monitor customer health and satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.

Develop and execute customer success plans, ensuring timely onboarding and adoption of Autodesk solutions.

Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance product understanding and usage.

Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product teams to address client needs and escalate issues as necessary.

Track and analyze customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Prepare regular reports on customer health metrics, renewals, and satisfaction scores for internal stakeholders.

Advocate for clients’ needs within the company to drive product improvements and feature enhancements.



Qualifications:


A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, along with prior experience in the construction industry is a must.

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, ideally within the construction sector.

Strong understanding of Autodesk products (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud) and their applications in various industries (architecture, engineering, construction).

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional demeanor and strong proficiency in English.

Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.

Proficient in CRM software and customer success tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for customer advocacy and a commitment to driving customer success.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience working with Autodesk or related design software.

Familiarity with customer success methodologies and frameworks.

Certifications related to Autodesk products or customer success management. 

Valid driver’s license and access to a car for client visits.
